What it is?
The MYC-C335X-GW CPU Module / SoM is a newly-released product by MYIR, It is powered by TI’s AM335x ARM Cortex-A8 Processor (using TI am3354 on board by default), which are capable of running at Up to 1GHz.
The SoM has a very compact size measuring only 50mm by 40mm, with configurations onboard including 256/512MB DDR3L, 256MB Nand Flash/4GB eMMC, 256Kbit EEPROM, a Power Management IC (TPS65217C), on the back of the SoM, it has two 0.8mm pitch 80-pin Board-to-Board Expansion Connectors, which bring out multiple signals.
The SoM runs Linux 4.14.67, capable of running in -40 to +85 Celsius extended temperature operation. Benefiting from the features (PowerVR™ SGX530 for 2D and 3D graphics acceleration) of the TI AM335x processors, the MYC-C335X-GW is an ideal solution for industrial gate-way, high-end HMI and other embedded applications.

What’re the features of the MYD-C335X-GW Development Board
MYD-C335X-GW Development Board
MYIR provides a development board MYD-C335X-GW for the CPU Module, It consists of the MYC-C335X-GW (as a controller board) and a carrier board. The development board is a complete development platform for both evaluation and application development purposes based on TI AM335x processors.
The size of the carrier board is 112.57mm x 132mm, Multiple peripherals are routed out such as RS232, RS485, USB 2.0 Host, 2 x Ethernet (it could be used as 1 x Ethernet and 1 x SFP interface), TF card slot, a WiFi/Bluetooth module, LVDS, LCD and JTAG for debug.
The board is designed with a Mini PCIe interface, USB based 4G LTE modules are available to work with it. Besides, MYIR also provides optional l Camera module and LCD modules for users to work with MYD-C335X-GW.

Software Features
The MYC-C335X-GW CPU Module is provided with abundant software resources including kernel and driver source code, a MEasy-IOT reference design is also provided by MYIR. The relevant software resources is available for download via an online link.
